All players attending our academies are assessed on all the important predictors of talent in soccer (including technical skills, power, speed, endurance, game understanding and anticipation). After completing the academy, players receive an e-portfolio providing the following:

• results of the tests (and what the results mean)
• individual feedback on strengths and weaknesses
• recommended training activities to improve weak areas
