Our team of experienced coaches, players, educators and analysts is led by Dr. Robert Horn.

Dr. Horn has a Ph.D. in skill acquisition. He has worked several years for the English Football Association (F.A.) performing match analysis of English Premiership, international, and youth soccer matches, and writing over 15 articles for the F.A. coaches’ journal Insight.

He has also written 4 book chapters and 8 scholarly articles on the topic of skill acquisition. Dr. Horn has coached soccer extensively and is the innovator of several new techniques for coaching perceptual awareness, decision making, and systems of play.

He is currently an Exercise Science professor at Montclair State University.
